Every decade is a historic milestone. 2020 marks the point at which China established a prosperous society in multiple respects, but it will also be the year that is remembered for some historic difficulties such as the COVID-19 pandemic and complicated political and economic situations around the world, but it is also the start of a new decade, one of hope, greater international cooperation and prosperity.

For Asia Attractions, 2020 is also an important milestone. 二、评选流程Awards Process

阶段一：企业报名，时间：8月26日-9月26日

游乐界•金冠奖以企业自主申报和专家评委推荐的方式收集资料，有意向参加评选的企业可发送关键词“评选”到游乐界微信公众号（youlejiezazhi）获取报名链接或扫描活动二维码，通过对应的报名链接入口，填写并提交报名资料。

Stage 1: Enterprise Application. Time: August 26 - September 26

The Golden Crown Award of Asia Attractions collects data through self-declaration by enterprises and recommendation by expert judges. Enterprises wishing to participate in the selection can send keyword "selection" to the WeChat public account of Asia Attractions (youlejiezazhi) to obtain the registration link or scan the QR code of the activity. Please fill in and submit the registration information through the corresponding registration link entrance.

阶段二：专家评审及专家推荐，时间：10月10日-11月10日

本阶段由国内乐园代表及行业专家组成的专业评审团对参评企业和个人进行审核投票。同时，专家评委可推荐心目中的优秀企业及个人参加各奖项的评选。

注：乐园代表及行业专家不参与其所在乐园及企业参与评选的奖项的投票

Stage 2: Expert review and expert recommendation. Time: October 10 - November 10

There will be a jury composed of representatives and experts from domestic and foreign parks to evaluate the nominees. At the same time, the expert judges can recommend outstanding enterprises and individuals to participate in the selection of each award.

Note: Representatives and experts do not participate in the voting of the awards of the nominees of their own company.

阶段三：网络投票，时间：11月16日-11月22日

本阶段将在《游乐界》微信公众号上进行。

Stage 3: Online voting. Time: November 16 - November 22

This stage will be carried out on WeChat public account of Asia Attractions. 

阶段四：颁奖，时间：12月10日

Stage 4: Award. Time: December 10

三、评选规则Selection rules

游乐界•金冠奖评分采取百分制，总分=企业报名得分（企业报名参评即得10分）+专家评审得分（最高分为60分）+网络投票得分（最高分为20分）+专家推荐得分（由专家推荐的企业即得10分）。

其中，专家评审环节将根据专家的投票数选出票数高的前10个获奖单位或个人，票数最高者得60分，按名次逐个递减5分，即得票数第二名者得55分，得票数第三名者得50分，依次类推；网络投票环节将根据网友的投票数量选出票数高的前10个获奖单位或个人，票数最高者得20分，按名次逐个递减2分，即得票数第二名者得18分，得票数第三名者得16分，依次类推。

The score of the Golden Crown Award adopts the 100-point system, with the total score amounts to the enterprise registration score (enterprises will get 10 points as long as they register for the assessment) plus the expert evaluation score (the highest score is 60 points) plus the network voting score (the highest score is 20 points) and plus expert recommendation score (enterprises recommended by experts will get 10 points).

Among them, the top 10 winning units or individuals will be selected according to the number of votes cast by the experts. The top winner will get 60 points, and the ranking will be reduced by 5 points, that is, the second one will get 55 points, the third one will get 50 points, and so on. The network voting phase will select the top 10 winning units or individuals with high votes according to the number of netizens' votes. The top winner will get 20 points, and the ranking will decrease by 2 points one by one, that is, the second one will get 18 points, the third one will get 16 points, and so on.

四、参评条件Conditions of Entry

供应商参评必须符合以下条件：

The supplier candidates should meet the following conditions：

1、国内/国外注册成立公司且注册时间超过3年，高新技术企业注册时间超过2年即可参评；

Domestic/foreign company must be registered for more than 3 years. High-tech company must be registered for more than 2 years.

2、面向景点休闲娱乐领域的产品供应及服务，团队具有创新能力和高成长潜力，主要提供游乐设备产品研发、制造、安装及其他相应服务等方面的业务，经营规范，社会信誉良好，有相关生产资质及服务证书；

Candidates should focus on providing service and products for entertainment attractions; value originality, full of innovation and high growth potential. It also should provide business such as rides development, manufacturing, installation etc. and have good social reputation and qualification certificates.

3、参评的产品/项目是2019年6月至2020年11月已开发并落地的（注：原则上去年已参评的项目不重复参评，但产品/项目有进行升级改造的除外）；

Participating products/projects must be installed from June 2019 to November 2020 (Note: Products/projects that won ‘Golden Crown Awards’ last year should not be applied for this year again, unless products/projects have undergone upgrades during the period as mentioned);

4、参评企业的产品、技术及相关专利归属于企业本身，与其他单位或个人无产权纠纷。

The products, technologies and related patents of the candidates should belong to the company and without disputes over property rights with other units or individuals.

必须提交以下资料：

The supplier candidates should present the following information：

1、 企业简介（100-300字）及LOGO；

Simple background introduction of the company (100-300 words) and the LOGO.

2、 企业营业执照复印件及生产资质证明；

A copy of the company's business license and the qualification certificate of medium and large-scale products/projects.

3、 参评产品/项目的文字介绍（100-500字），包括名称、特点、创新性、规格、落地地点、高清图片及产品/项目的展示视频（1-3分钟）；

A text description of the product/project (100-500 words), including name, characteristics, specifications, launching location, HD photos as well as the product/project presentation video (1-3 minutes);

4、中大型产品/项目报名必须有落地的资质合格验收证明。

Medium and large scale products/projects must be registered with qualified acceptance certificate of landing.

乐园参评必须符合以下条件：

The following criteria should be met in the assessment of the park:

1、2020年11月1日前开业并正常运营的中国乐园；

Chinese Park, which will be opened and normally operated before November 1, 2020;

2、具有较高的知名度和品牌影响力，规范化管理，为游客提供优质的娱乐体验及服务；

With high popularity,profound brand influence and standardized management, the park need to provide tourists with high-quality entertainment experience and services;

3、 参评的乐园IP必须是原创的，归属于参评乐园，与其他单位或个人无产权纠纷；

The IP of the participating parks must be original and belongs to the participating parks. It should not have property rights disputes with other units or individuals;

4、 参评项目类奖项必须是乐园自身举办或运营的项目；

Project awards must be held or operated by the park itself;

必须提交的参评资料：

The park candidates should present the following information：

1、乐园简介、乐园高清图片2-3张、乐园LOGO、乐园的展示视频（1-3分钟）；

Introduction of the park, 2-3 HD pictures of the park, LOGO and presentation video of the park (1-3 minutes);

2、参评IP奖项需提供IP简介，包含名称、特色、创意来源、IP媒介及衍生品、高清图片及展示视频（1-3分钟）等；

IP introduction, including name, features, creativity source, IP media and derivatives,HD pictures and presentation video (1-3 minutes), shall be provided to participate in IP awards;

3、参评项目奖项需提供项目介绍，包含名称、规模、特色、效果、高清图片及展示视频（1-3分钟）等；

Project introduction, including name, scale, features, effects, HD pictures and presentation video (1-3 minutes), shall be provided for the project awards;

4、投资商及运营公司简介。

游乐人参评必须符合以下条件：

The investor candidates should meet the following criteria:

1、从事游乐行业相关工作，有高尚的职业道德，优秀的个人品质；

Engaged in work related to the entertainment industry, he/she should have noble professional ethics and excellent personal qualities;

2、所属企业及个人具有高度的社会责任感和良好的公众形象；

Enterprises and individuals should have a high sense of social responsibility and a good public image;

3、在决策力、影响力、凝聚力、前瞻性等方面有突出表现；

He/ she should have outstanding performance in decision-making power, influence, cohesion, foresight, etc.

4、具有较强的管理能力、领导力和号召力，对企业和行业发展具有突出贡献；

1、个人简介，包含所在单位、职务、座右铭、从业经历及个人近照；

Personal profile, including the company, position, motto, working experience and personal photos;

2、为企业和行业发展所作的突出贡献及个人所取得的成；

Outstanding contributions to the development of the enterprise and industry and the achievements made by individuals;

3、上级领导或下属的点评（录制视频）。

游乐界经典品牌风云榜参评企业必须符合以下条件：

The participating enterprises should meet the following conditions:

1、 参评企业必须有10年以上的历史，且目前运营良好；

The enterprise should have a history of more than 10 years and be in good operation at present;

2、 有自己的品牌，在业内具有较高的知名度和影响力；

It has its own brand and enjoys high popularity and influence in the industry;

3、 在行业中占据领导地位，对行业发展有着积极的推动作用；

It should occupy a leading position in the industry and play a positive role in promoting the development of the industry;

4、 规范化管理，建立至今未出现重大安全事故，口碑很好；

The enterprise should have standardized management, with no major safety accidents having occurred so far and good reputation;

备注：国内外供应商均可参评，乐园仅限在中国落地的乐园参评。

The outstanding supplier's awards are open to the international candidates.

供应商必须提交的资料：

1、企业简介（100-300字）及LOGO；

乐园必须提交的资料：

The park candidates should present the following information：

1、乐园简介（100-300字）、乐园LOGO、2-3张乐园高清图片及1-3分钟的展示视频；

2、投资商及运营公司简介；

3、乐园近10年的发展概况及取得的成就；

4、近10年来任意三年的年入园人次；

5、乐园的参评宣言。
